Expert Performance Systems co-founders, Dr. Robert Karlsberg and Dr. Jane Adler, are two of North America's top mentors to high achieving executives and entrepreneurs.

Dr Robert Karlsberg A former Marine Officer, and founder and CEO of a multi-unit health care facility in the Southeastern United States, Dr. Robert Karlsberg is an internationally recognized expert in leadership development and business process improvement. He specializes in executive coaching and business performance consulting to rapidly enhance leadership performance and optimize business results.

Dr. Karlsberg is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and received postgraduate training at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University.



Dr Jane Adler Dr. Jane Adler coaches senior executives and entrepreneurs to sharpen their leadership performance and improve their business processes. A specialist in the psychology of high performance, Dr. Adler focuses on individualized coaching and business process consulting.

Dr. Adler is the former Managing Partner of the Institute for Interpersonal Relations. She received her undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Georgetown University.



Dr. Karlsberg and Dr. Adler are authors of How to Become a Rising Star in Your Career in 60 Days or Less, and Accelerate Your Career: 133 Ways to Perform Better and Get Promoted Faster; as well as many articles on leadership development, Expert Performance, and business optimization.
